PREPARATION WORKSHOP

At this initial stage, considered the beginning of production, our preparation workshop—the first stop in our production area where parts are cut with the highest precision and minimal waste—uses the most modern and advanced CNC Bending machines, CNC Flame Cutting, and Plasma Cutting machines.

CUTTING MACHINES:

• 2 Units CNC Flame Cutting (2x8m, 2 Torches)

• 2 Units Plasma Cutting (3x12m)

• 1 Unit CNC Flame Cutting (3x12m, 2 Torches)

• 3 Units Floor Cutting Machine

• 2 Units Beveling Machine

COLD FORMING

• 1 Unit CNC Hydraulic Press Brake (6m, 600 Tons)

• 1 Unit NC Hydraulic Press Brake (5m, 500 Tons)

• 1 Unit Hydraulic Press Brake (6m, 450 Tons)

• 2 Units Hydraulic Straightening Press (250 Tons)

• 1 Unit CNC Plate Rolling Machine, 3 Rolls (110 mm – 3.1m)

• 1 Unit Plate Rolling Machine, 3 Rolls (16 mm – 3.1m)

• 1 Unit Hydraulic Shear (1.2m – 12 mm)
