In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data will be processed as specified below and can be shared with third parties to the extent permitted by the legislation. Below, first of all, the basic concepts within the scope of KVKK and then the information about the framework in which our company processes data is given.

Basic Concepts Under KVKK:

Collection and Processing of Personal Data: Your personal data are collected by our Company through different channels and based on different legal reasons; It meets in order to improve the products and services we offer and to carry out our commercial activities. Data Storage and Data Security: Your personal data will be stored in accordance with the periods in the legislation and as long as the purpose of data processing is valid. All necessary security measures are taken to prevent the stored data from being lost, to prevent unauthorized use and to prevent illegal use.

Transfer of Personal Data: Your personal data collected is performed within the scope of the contract signed with us; Carrying out the necessary work by our business units in order to benefit you from the products and services offered by our company; Fulfilling the sales and marketing activities of the products and services offered by our company; Ensuring that our company's human resources policies are carried out; Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and those in business relations with our company; In order to determine and implement the commercial and business strategies of our company, our dealers, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698. In this context, we would like to state that; JC Bamford Excavators Limited, of which we are the distributor, is an overseas company; Your personal data may be shared with JC Bamford Excavators Limited and its business partners, suppliers, shareholders and affiliates and the competent public authorities of the respective country to the extent and to the extent necessary.

In this context, by applying to our Company, which is the Data Responsible within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK;
